Terms & Conditions

The plain-words rules for using familydecode.com and our digital products.

1. Who these terms apply to

By using familydecode.com or purchasing our digital products, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by FamilyDecode. [Add legal entity name, registered address, and jurisdiction here.]

2. Our products

We sell digital products only: downloadable PDF planners, kits, and e-books. Nothing physical is shipped. After purchase, you receive an immediate download link by email.

3. Your license

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license for your own household:

  • You may print unlimited copies for use within your own family.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, share the files publicly, or use them commercially (including in classrooms or coaching practices) without a separate license — write to us for professional licensing.
  • All content, designs, and text remain the intellectual property of FamilyDecode.

4. Refunds

If a kit isn't right for your family, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no justification needed. Because products are digital, this goodwill policy replaces any return process.

5. Not professional advice

Our content offers everyday organization and communication tools for families. It is educational material, not medical, psychological, or legal advice, and it does not replace a doctor, psychologist, therapist, or any qualified professional. If your family is facing a serious difficulty, please consult a professional.

6. Free resources & newsletter

Free resources are provided as-is for personal family use, under the same license limits as paid products. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time; see our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use our forms to send unlawful or abusive content.

8. Limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the site and products accurate and available, but they are provided "as is", without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FamilyDecode is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Contact & governing law
